A Python library for comparing and jointly clustering neurons across connectomes, including FlyWire, hemibrain, MANC and MaleCNS. It helps investigate cell-type correspondence across different reconstructions. The documented FANC and BANC integrations remain TODO items and are not counted as implemented support here.
