FlyConnectome Embodied Behavior Lab

Four rungs of the same ladder, each runnable offline on one machine. The first draws single-neuron morphology and a synapse network from reconstructions bundled with navis. The second is a spiking olfactory chain from receptor neurons through projection neurons and Kenyon cells, in a single HTML file. The third adds a central-complex ring attractor holding a heading while the agent closes a loop with its environment. The fourth hands control to a NeuroMechFly v2 body in MuJoCo. A separate sandbox scene exists to check neurons in 3D and to ablate parts of the olfactory chain.
