connectome-kit

An analysis toolkit for large connectomes, built and validated on the whole central nervous system female dataset of roughly 170,000 neurons and 13.6 million deduplicated directed connections. Modules cover loading, degree-preserving null models, sampled directed-ring enrichment, spectral gap and modular structure, neurotransmitter-stratified topology, effective information, and phase synchronisation on a graphics card. Every module ships matched random controls, and the loader accepts any edge list, so the dataset-specific wrapper is a convenience rather than a requirement.
