Visualising Fruit Fly Neurons

All 139,248 neurons of the adult brain as a point cloud, one point each, with several ways of arranging them. Anatomical places each at its anchor point inside the neuropil meshes; soma position moves them to their cell bodies and notes that 15% have none in the brain and stay put; mirrored folds the right hemisphere onto the left so matching neurons overlap. Beyond anatomy it offers dimensionality reductions of each neuron's input and output region profile and of who it connects to, and an axis giving how many steps a neuron sits from the sensory periphery.
