Virtual Fly Lab

A browser experiment in which a reduced taste circuit of 447 simulated neurons and 24,403 directed FlyWire v630 connections gates feeding at sugar contact, alongside a separate 910-neuron rate model of a FlyWire mushroom-body motif whose Kenyon-cell to MBON efficacies change under dopaminergic modulation. Version 0.6 adds A/B sugar feeders, per-cue memory bars and a test phase with shocks and plasticity switched off, so cue identity can be separated from location by swapping the feeder sides. Walking, attraction, stress and health stay illustrative rules.
