A PyTorch Geometric workflow that combines FlyWire v783 wiring with a compound-eye input model for image classification. Connectivity is fixed, but synaptic gains, optional thresholds and readout parameters can be learned. It is a trainable classifier constrained by a connectome, rather than an unchanged biological brain or a readout-only learning experiment.
