A whole-brain simulation substrate built around preregistration and provenance, asking what circuit organisation adds to social learning. It loads the FlyWire-derived connectivity published with the Shiu et al. model, runs leaky integrate-and-fire dynamics, and pairs every experiment with a degree-preserving rewiring control. Each step was sealed by SHA-256 before it ran. The reproduction check is reported as partial, not rounded up: a whole-brain sugar run lands within 7% of the upstream output on active neurons and MN9-right but 21% high on MN9-left.
