MaleCNS embodied fly

A declared fork of the Codex connectome explorer that adds MaleCNS v1.0 beside FlyWire FAFB 783 in one local app, then wires the male dataset up as a living animal. Its 166,700-neuron network runs as a leaky integrate-and-fire brain with a metabolism (energy, water, sodium, damage, cell death) in an arena where it must press pads to stay alive, on a NeuroMechFly body in MuJoCo. Every number comes from an assay with a control arm: odour on versus off gives 0.06 mm against 2.75 mm closest approach; rewarded versus sham depresses Kenyon-cell synapses by -0.4226 against 0.0000.
