A 3D feeding arena running 127,400 neurons and all 14,687,178 weighted connection rows from the Shiu et al. FlyWire 630 model in browser Web Workers, at 0.1 ms steps with stated threshold, time constant, delay and refractory values. Food contact drives 21 sugar sensory neurons and MN9 output controls mouth extension. The care is in the wording: row count is not synapse count, walking and the spike-rate-to-uptake conversion are engineered, and the MN9 spike counts are called model sanity checks rather than biological accuracy.
