Cards are presented to the FlyWire v783 brain as odours on projection neurons, a dopamine-like error signal reshapes Kenyon-cell to output-neuron synapses, and the learned weights are written back into the connectome so the spiking brain plays hands on its own. The mushroom-body readout agrees with basic strategy 97.5% of the time against 91.4% for a control that reads the projection neurons directly, which is the measured value of the Kenyon expansion. It also reports that driving projection neurons naively ignites the whole antennal lobe until a clamp is added.
