Fly Xenotype

A RimWorld 1.6 mod whose Fly colonists sleep on a circuit pulled from the FlyWire v783 connectome instead of a hard-coded bedtime. A build script extracts the circadian-to-sleep-homeostat pathway (36 cell types, 260 neurons, 192 connections, about 29,000 synapses: s-LNv/LNd/DN1p/DN1a clock cells, anterior-bulb TuBu, the ER5 ring homeostat, ExR1 helicon cells, ExR3, the dorsal fan-shaped body) into C#. The README says the wiring is measured but the game's couplings into it are modelling choices, and that neuropeptides and learning are not modelled.
