flywire-gnn

Packages the proofread whole-brain female connectome as a ready-to-train graph dataset: 139,255 neurons, 2,700,513 directed pairs at five or more synapses, 174 features per node built from degrees, per-neuropil profiles across 79 regions and neurotransmitter profiles, seven edge attributes, and a nine-class label covering every node. One class downloads and caches the data, deterministic stratified splits come with it, and three baselines are reproducible. The task it sets is predicting a neuron’s class from wiring structure alone, with no authentication and no data wrangling.
