A pip-installable package and MCP server that lets a coding agent step a FlyWire-derived spiking circuit and read population rates back as drives: implement, stop, reverse, steer, groom. The bundled seed profile is a 668-neuron escape and steering subgraph with roughly 19,000 signed edges; larger profiles pull the public Codex dumps or the 10.6 GB Zenodo release, and the README tells agents never to fetch the largest without asking a human. The wiring and contact counts are FlyWire data; the membrane dynamics, the task-to-current encoding and the rate-to-drive map are the author's models.
