A TouchDesigner component that loads the FlyWire connectome from Codex and runs it as a point-operator network on the GPU. A Python pipeline pulls the public data with a Codex API token, filters it by super class or brain region, limits how many incoming connections each neuron keeps, turns predicted neurotransmitters into signed weights and writes one CSV the component reads. You can watch the point cloud or treat the graph as a black box, feeding a signal into one group of neurons and reading another group's response out, which makes the wiring usable as material for live visuals.
