A from-scratch JavaScript rewrite of the Shiu et al. leaky integrate-and-fire model that runs all 138,639 FlyWire neurons in a Web Worker, faster than real time, with every spike drawn in 3D. What sets it apart is the validation table: against the authors' own Brian2 code on the same sugar stimulus it reaches r = 0.9996 over all neurons, and the README documents the Brian2 subtlety that silently discards synaptic input during the refractory period, which inflates downstream rates by about 50% if missed. The 6-7 animation is labelled as scripted, not a connectome output.
