Fly Brain HubMaleCNS Virtual Fly (Fly.exe)

Runs the traced MaleCNS v1.0 graph, 165,122 neurons and all 25,563,197 edges, as a GeNN/CUDA integrate-and-fire network coupled every 15 ms to a NeuroMechFly v2 body in MuJoCo, at 0.015x real time on an RTX 3060. Twelve flies in one arena walk to an object 12 times out of 12, against 0 of 12 with the stimulus absent - but that is one seed in the third arena, after two were measured and discarded. All 66,533 photoreceptor output edges are zeroed, vision is analytic rather than rendered, the tripod gait is a published pattern generator, and the decoder cannot stop, so arriving is physics.
