FDDD (Fly-Driven Drug Development)

A browser research demo in which up to 20 independent MaleCNS fly models fly among proteins and small molecules and build a preference from pre-computed AutoDock Vina docking scores. Each fly computes 167,122 selected neurons and 6,241,236 directed connections (only those with five or more synapses) in the visitor's own browser, with activity drawn on 28,195 measured soma positions; the reward enters 1,428 neurons annotated as taste. Three proteins and six molecules give eight executed combinations. The page states the scores are not measured binding affinity.
