Packages the published whole-brain leaky integrate-and-fire model into self-contained container images across five Python versions, so the 127,000-neuron model runs on a processor with one command and a verification script that prints a pass in about 25 seconds. Its main value is a real incompatibility it pins down: the published model’s loose version bound resolves to a library release that dies at import because it calls an array method removed in a major numpy release, which makes the two constraints mutually exclusive and silently breaks modern environments.
