An alpha Rust environment for stimulating, cutting and inspecting connectome-derived networks, with FlyWire and synthetic-network demonstrations. It is intended as an experimental debugging platform. The README separates working demonstrations from planned components, including MuJoCo body integration, so the roadmap is not a demonstration of embodied fly behavior.
