Graph machine learning on the complete MaleCNS v1.0 release, sized to run on a laptop. It downloads the official annotation, neurotransmitter and 1.1 GB connection-weight files from the public bucket, builds a sparse directed graph, learns separate outgoing and incoming embeddings per neuron with randomized SVD, then probes whether those unsupervised embeddings recover annotations such as neuron class and searches for structurally similar neurons. An optional PyTorch path trains edge-discrimination embeddings. Raw data is fetched, never redistributed.
