Janelia FlyEM (HHMI)

Janelia FlyEM チームが運営するコネクトーム解析基盤。Neo4j 上のグラフデータベースに、Web 上で探索できる neuPrintExplorer と HTTP API を組み合わせたもので、ニューロン間の結合をクエリで調べられる。hemibrain・MANC・male CNS の公式配布元であり、2022 年に Frontiers in Neuroinformatics で論文化された。
