Vibe Fly Brain

A constructor that treats one measured nervous system as a blueprint rather than a target to copy: about 142k MaleCNS somata and a sampled process cloud are imported into an editable recipe, which can then be grown, carved and mutated in a 3D shell. The stated success test is that changing the recipe yields a different network that still works, and the README is blunt about what the project is not - not a digital twin of the fly, not end-to-end training of tens of millions of synapses. Raw and derived connectome clouds stay out of git and keep their upstream licences.
