SuperTruth Connectome Study

A pre-registered study that holds the MaleCNS v1.0 wiring fixed (166,700 cells, 6,242,118 connections of five or more synapses), trains only the connection strengths and the way in and out, and asks it to reproduce a health-record trust score on 20,000 synthetic records. Its headline result undercuts the headline: a scrambled copy and a size-matched random graph scored just as well, so what mattered was the kind of substrate, not the fly's anatomy. Four language models got the same 300 records for comparison. The protocol, five controls and decision rules were dated before the first run.
