A population of 24 small spiking nervous systems, about 1,080 leaky integrate-and-fire neurons each, that read whole-chain activity on the Arc network, reduce it to a single market temperature, and react. Each fly is also an economic agent: its own spiking output decides what to buy and from whom, and the agents settle with each other in real USDC on Arc mainnet over the x402 protocol, each settlement a transfer with an on-chain hash. No language model is in the decision path. Real spending sits behind a kill switch, a global daily cap, a per-agent cap and a per-deal cap.
