A verification-first reimplementation of the whole-CNS fly model in Rust with C++ and CUDA kernels, built around a pinned copy of the original published model and a deterministic Brian2 fixture, reporting where it still fails. Double precision matches all 9,440 Brian2 spike events for the sugar pilot; single precision shifted the first near-threshold spike by one tick at 436.4 ms. The MaleCNS import is provenance-locked, with hashes, index bounds, row ordering and contact totals re-checked. The visual gate is still failed and the body diagnostic is not yet driven by the nervous system.
