A ledger rather than a runtime: it pins the MaleCNS v1.0 source files and the compiled sparse arrays by hash and states which parts may change. The census it records is 166,700 neurons and 25,582,938 directed edges under CC BY 4.0. The only plastic object it will store is an adapter on existing Kenyon-cell to mushroom-body-output-neuron edges, about 0.03% of the graph; gradient descent over the whole graph is refused and the command that would start it exits with an error. The README is blunt that the anatomy is an initialisation, not a faithful brain and not an upload.
