MaleCNS Neural Field

Runs the whole MaleCNS connectome — 166,700 neurons and 25,582,938 fixed connections — on a CPU and lets its activity drive a two-dimensional forage-and-avoid task, with a local web page showing the arena and a 3D brain side by side. You can pause, single-step, slow down, replay, search a neuron and follow its real upstream and downstream partners. The action readout can be compared three ways: trained offline, random, or a rule-based reference, and an online Double DQN can keep training it. The page samples 4,769 real soma positions and says the glow is illustrative.
