MaleCNS Nav-Lite

Cuts a navigation-only sub-connectome out of MaleCNS v1.0. Olfactory, gustatory and reproductive neurons are excluded first, then a bidirectional three-hop breadth-first search from visual, central-complex, descending, wing, leg, haltere and neck seeds leaves roughly 28,000 of about 166,000 neurons in a file that loads in seconds. Both the hop count and the three-synapse traversal threshold are argued for, with the neuron count each hop setting yields and a reason for dropping single-synapse edges. A CLI downloads, builds, inspects and queries the result.
