MaleCNS on Apple MPS

A PyTorch MPS implementation for running MaleCNS stimulation experiments on a Mac, with 3D activity reports and a small grid-navigation task using a fixed neural encoder and trained output layer. The README also records limited activity in a basic stimulation run. Success on a small fixed-goal grid should not be read as general locomotion or a validated whole-brain behavior.
