MaleCNS Bee

A Minecraft Paper plugin that flies a bee with the FlyEM MaleCNS v1.0 connectome shipped inside the jar: 165,733 proofread neurons and 6,239,854 connections, run as a spiking network on its own thread. What the bee sees, smells, tastes, hears and feels enters the fly's sensory neurons, and its descending neurons steer. Commands let you become an odour source, poke 745 head bristle neurons, or drive and silence any of 11,751 cell types. Scripted experiments print rates: a rotating drum swaps left and right HS activity (145.5 against 19.3 Hz), and blinding it halves whole-CNS activity.
