Runs MaleCNS v1.0 whole and unthinned, 166,700 neurons and 25,582,938 connections, as leaky integrate-and-fire neurons on Vulkan through wgpu, targeting AMD cards rather than CUDA, with a browser viewer for watching and stimulating it. Synaptic input is accumulated in fixed-point integers, so a run is bit-identical on the same GPU. A numba port of the DoomFly CPU kernel is the reference: spike sets match exactly over the first 20 ms, then diverge from rounding, which the author shows is the system's own chaos rather than an implementation gap. Sugar stimulation is bistable.
