Play any video file into a fly brain and watch the body react. Frames drive a whole-brain LIF network in the style of Shiu et al., activity spreads over MaleCNS v1.0 wiring using the 141,781 neurons that have soma coordinates and 5,536,527 synapses, and the result moves a flybody MuJoCo fly of 68 rigid bodies, 103 joints and 78 actuators standing on a floor with real gravity, contact and friction. Drag a file onto the local web page and it previews the brain point cloud and the body side by side while writing an MP4 with the original audio mixed back in.
