flynet

A Python library for building spiking networks on fly connectome wiring. Its loader fetches either a small slice around a cell type or the whole graph from neuPrint and caches it on disk, with a synthetic offline fallback so every example runs without a token. The network object settles under sensory input, calibrates a sensor-to-motor mapping, returns a steering command, and lets you query synaptic partners and strengths neuron by neuron. Also ships leaky integrate-and-fire neurons, spike-timing-dependent plasticity, reward-modulated Hebbian training and a command line.
