pinkysworld

Links typed receptor evidence to named MaleCNS circuits (MN9, DNp01, labellar gustatory neurons), simulates a compound at a given free concentration, and then asks whether the predicted effect needed the wiring at all. Predictions are compared against ladders of degraded graphs preserving size and transmitter composition, degree, the edge list with shuffled weights, or transmitter labels permuted at matched out-strength; failing to distinguish an effect from a null is reported as exactly that. The two committed cuts disagree and the README says so. No biological validation yet.
