A closed loop is built on an existing whole-brain runtime with the weights left frozen: a stylesheet viewport is encoded onto identified visual projection neurons, a cursor of actions is read off descending neurons, and the resulting keypress edits the stylesheet so the square moves, with a dashboard and a three-dimensional fly showing the same control signals. The README states in its own words that it does not claim the neurons understand stylesheets, and that what is new here is the interface rather than the model.
