flybrain — Fruit Fly Brain Farm

Three simulated flies share a 3D arena and communicate only through airborne odour plumes that diffuse, drift upward and decay on a 32-cubed grid. Each runs the same 24,029-neuron, 4.03-million-connection MaleCNS v1.0 subnetwork — olfactory pathway, mushroom body, central complex, T1 to T3 nerve cord and the strongest inputs to those regions — as a leaky integrate-and-fire network. Since no female connectome is published, the third fly is the same male wiring with a different parameter set. The README notes the engine's calibration does not hold without the significant-synapse table.
