A scikit-learn compatible classifier and regressor whose hidden structure is a fixed MaleCNS graph in PyTorch, usable inside Pipeline, GridSearchCV and eval_set like any other estimator. The control is built into the API: fly_mode switches between the real topology, a frozen variant where only the readout learns, and a shuffled graph that keeps the same neurons, edge count, exact in and out degrees and signed weights while destroying the real pre-to-post pairing. The roughly 122 MB connectome tensor stays out of the wheel and is fetched from a release on first fit.
