A desktop pet whose brain is neither trained nor a lookup table: desktop events are encoded as injections into sensory populations such as LC10a, LC4 with LPLC2, touch and smell, a forward pass runs the real MaleCNS weight matrix of 166,700 neurons and 25.6M synapses, and actions, continuous parameters and expressions are decoded from descending neuron firing rates including DNa02, DNp01, DNg100, MDN and pIP10. DNg100 grades walking speed and left-right asymmetry in DNa02 turns the head in real time. The four mappings the author considers exploratory sit behind a speculative flag.
