An odor ON/OFF intervention study using the fixed MaleCNS LIF model derived from fly-brain-minecraft. It investigates persistent activity in four DM1/VA2 projection neurons and how blocking input during the OFF period changes that activity while retaining ON responses. The results concern this model and intervention, not a biological validation or repair of the entire circuit.
