Fly Meijin

A shogi policy learned on measured MaleCNS wiring. The graph stays fixed (166,700 neurons, 25,582,938 edges); the only plastic parameters are gains on existing excitatory inputs to mushroom-body output neurons, 77,364 connections from 8,374 sources onto 97 MBONs, with a variant confined to 61,210 KC-to-MBON edges. The teaching signal is a conventional shogi engine, not biology. Held-out agreement with the teacher is 26.39 percent, 1,081 of 4,096 positions, below the 30.27 percent dev-set figure used to pick the checkpoint, which came from a private corpus and several initialization stages.
