Exposes a MaleCNS brain to any agent that speaks remote MCP. ask_fly renders your text as a 320 by 180 frame, runs it through a pinned build of an existing spiking implementation, and returns a verdict from a left-minus-right descending-neuron spike differential with a second neuron as gate, plus the raw spike statistics. reward_fly and punish_fly queue engineered pulses into 15 dopaminergic and 2 aversive cells, consumed by the next question rather than at call time. Every tool description repeats the same disclaimer, and a deterministic mock backend runs with no dataset at all.
