Two pages served by one small Python server, no build step. The first draws the male central nervous system connectome in 3D, colours neurons by neurotransmitter, and lets you fire a stimulus, pull up a single neuron's skeleton and follow its real connectivity. The second drops an agent running the olfactory chain from receptor neurons through projection neurons to Kenyon cells and mushroom-body output neurons, with dopaminergic learning, into a 2D foraging world, and evolves its sensorimotor policy at hundreds of generations per second before you experiment on the trained fly.
