Connects the MaleCNS v1.0 connectome to the FightingICE fighting-game platform through a pinned implementation of the Shiu et al. leaky integrate-and-fire dynamics. Game observations become a versioned Poisson sensory interface, real output-body spike counts become versioned action groups, and a public research ledger records the runs. The repository draws an unusually sharp line between what is biological data (the anatomy), what is a published model (the dynamics) and what is a project-defined interface (the sensory and action mappings, reward and plasticity rules).
