Fly Brain HubDrosophila Whole-Connectome Cognitive Tasks

Paper code that fixes the MaleCNS v1.0 directed edge set and gives each retained edge one trainable scalar, then trains that recurrent graph on bounded addition and on a grounded relational language. The prepared graph has 166,700 nodes and 25,582,938 directed edges, with no threshold. A reproduce script recovers the paper's paired numbers from run records: 92.77% against 67.93% for addition, 61.59% against 44.17% for language, 71.35% for the anatomical graph in a locked graph-null, and 60.94% against 19.27% under a sensory shuffle. Degree-preserving rewires are the controls.
