Compiles subgraphs of MaleCNS v1.0 into a time-multiplexed FPGA engine and keeps the whole numbered workflow, from subgraph extraction through CPU reference models and fixed-point compilation to measurements on an ALINX AXKU115 board at 200 MHz. Two circuits are checked against the fixed-point CPU model: a 6,279-neuron courtship-song candidate over 13 recorded conditions, and a 226-neuron LC10a to DNa02 candidate over 560 ordered spike events. The README states plainly that these are implementation-fidelity results for a chosen LIF model, not a claim about measured fly activity.
