Fly Brain Hubnatverse / nat

3D 神経解剖データの読み込み・可視化・解析・書き出しを行う、相互運用可能な R パッケージ群。tidyverse をモデルにしており、中核の nat（NeuroAnatomy Toolbox）は Jefferis 研が 2014 年から GitHub で保守している。neuprintr や fafbseg といった周辺パッケージにより hemibrain や FlyWire/FAFB に R からアクセスできる。2020 年に eLife で論文化された。
